UNHAPPY BABY PITBULL AT ANIMAL RESCUE FINDS CHEERFULNESS AFTER BEING ADOPTED BY THE FIREFIGHTER WHO SAVED HER!
|
”Chunkie” is a entirely different dog than she was back in October. The 3-month-old Chunkie was rescued after being spotted by Sacramento firefighters on their way to a call.
She was left in the rain, tied to a tree and suffered from scabies. Enthralled by what they saw, they could not imagine leaving her in such a bad way. Therefore, Mike Thawley and his team brought her back to the firehouse.
A LITTLE PITBULL HAD NO FRIENDS IN THE WORLD – BUT THEN IT ALL CHANGED

When they returned, the fire team decided it would be best to take her to a shelter where she could be properly cared for and accommodated.
MIKE THAWLEY DRIED PUPPY BEFORE BRINGING HER TO THE ANIMAL SHELTER ON THE FRONT STREET FOR SAFEKEEPING.

Knowing she was in the best hands at the shelter, Mike Thawley couldn’t stop thinking about Chunkie , so he returned to the shelter the next day to visit her.
MIKE THAWELY WANTED TO LET THE SICK PUPPY PITBULL KNOW SHE WASN’T ALONE IN THE WORLD, AND THAT HE STILL CARED.

CHUNKIE RECOGNIZED AND EVEN GREETED MIKE THAWLEY WITH PLENTY OF ENTHUSIASM AND SHE FOLLOWED HIM AROUND THE SHELTER.

It was clear the two of them, had grown fond of each other though.
SO THE NEXT TIME MIKE THAWLEY CAME TO VISIT PUPPY WITH HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN, SO THEY COULD MEET LOVELY PITBULL.

Mike Thawley and his family fell in love with Chunky so they decided to bring her home with them. After 4 months of waiting, Chunkie finished her mange treatment and she was able to go home with the Thawley .

The family happily welcomed a new member to their family and baby Chunkie is loved more than ever.
We wish them all the best!
