Rottweiler Gives Birth In The Middle Of The Night And The Babies Keep Coming Until 15 Are Born !

Eleanor Usher was thrilled to learn that her 2-year-old Rottweiler, Jessie, is expecting puppies. But Eleanor didn’t know for sure how many she would have. Ultrasound was too expensive. She was told she was expecting six to eight babies.

Meanwhile, Jessie’s pregnant belly grew and grew…

Then, one night, Eleanor and her husband heard the sounds of scratches at the bottom of the stairs. It was about three days before the dog due date, and so was Jessie, in the middle of giving birth.

The two little ones were already out, and Eleanor knew she was expecting more — but she had no idea how many there were.

The Rottweiler continued to give birth, and after the sixth puppy her owner must have thought it was over. She saw that her dog’s efforts weren’t even halfway there!

The puppies kept coming until a total of 15 were born, which broke the record of the second largest litter in Great Britain. Now scroll down to see the cute little ones!

Jessie gave birth in the early hours of one Sunday, just three days before her due date…

The owners of Jessie did not expect such a large litter. Although they did not know for sure how many babies the dog was expecting, they were told to prepare for the arrival of six to eight toddlers.

But instead, they greeted 15 puppies that day!

Mom’s labor ended after about seven hours.

All the puppies arrived healthy, although there were initial fears about the well-being of the last one to be born.

Jessie is reportedly a very protective mom and doesn’t allow anyone to approach them, not even to feed them formula milk.

She has also become severely independent and insists on taking care of her 15 little ones on her own.

For now, all puppies are doing well – and will be available for adoption in no time!
