Dog Accused Of Being “Ugly And Unadoptable” Started To Believe It Too !
After being treated so badly and hearing their harsh words over and over, she started to believe them…
Every living creature deserves goodness, and every single dog deserves a fair home with a lot of love. Unfortunately, homeless dogs waiting on the streets and in shelters have no idea how valuable they are!
One dog, named Nelly, was told she deserved nothing and the heartless owner threw her on the road because she was ‘too ugly’.
Luckily, the cute girl was taken away by Sidewalk Specials.
They knew Nelly deserved all the love of this world. Still, she received zero applications for adoption.
It was devastating for the volunteers who knew that in order for Nelly to be okay, she would need a stable environment.
Volunteers came up with a plan! They recorded her story and posted it on their YouTube channel.
Viewers, a bit like you, shared Nelly’s story and luckily she reached the right people. They stepped up eager to adopt her and guess what… they did!
Nelly, now called Lilly, is living her best life with her new family. Her family owns a free-range farm. Lilly communicates daily with all sorts of adorable creatures.
Lilly, who has struggled all her life to survive on the streets, spends her days running alongside her new animal friends.
Lilly is additionally considerably loved by her new human family. Her story is proof that anything is feasible if we work together.
No dog is unadoptable! No dog is ‘too ugly’ for happiness. Lilly is proof.
