Rescued Dog Was Too Weak To Walk — But His Tail Never Stopped Wagging

Volunteers from Hope For Paws, in California a found Tarzan, a frightened stray dog,  living for weeks in brambles on the side of a freeway. It is not known how the poor dog came to be there. It was clear to see that he was very desperate and not in a good condition. When Tarzan realised that someone is about to help him, he couldn’t stop wagging his tail but you could still see the sadness in his eyes.
