Woman Brought Dog To Be Euthanized Instead Of Getting Him The Help He Needed

Our dogs are our family. If they’re in need of medical attention, is our responsibility to form sure they have everything they need. But not all humans think this manner .

Charlie’s former owner didn’t bother to search for the treatment the poor pup needed for his condition, instead they brought him to a vet to euthanize him.

Thankfully, the vet knew that Charlie had a fighting chance, and refused to euthanize him. The vet contacted AMA Animal Rescue for help, and together, they were ready to convince the owner to surrender Charlie into AMA’s care.

He was severely matted, had infected eyes, loss of tear production, cryptorchidism, and a severe skin infection with ulceration and erosion of his periocular tissue. But AMA tried to figure the best way to save lots of Charlie, since he had a plethora of health problems.

The little pooch was in a lot of pain and needed a solution as soon as possible!

One of AMA’s previous adopters, who also happened to figure at the vet’s office who was caring for Charlie, agreed to foster him. But during his recovery, she began to fall crazy with him and knew she couldn’t part ways with him.

Finally she decided to adopt little Charlie and give him the love and care he deserves. Not only he found his forever home but he has also a buddy to play with. Charlie’s new human mother has another pup named Brownie. Charlie and Brownie get along with each other and quickly became best friends!
