Dog Leads Rescuers To A Box Of Abandoned Kittens, Then Becomes The Best Foster Dad !

Unfortunately, many wanderers roam the streets of Greece, never knowing what it’s like to have a home or family to love them. There is also an abundance of abandoned kitten litters. SCARS, a rescue organization, is constantly encountering them. In just one month, they rescued more than 25 kittens.

One of the SCARS volunteers has a rescue dog named Aragon. They would take Aragon for a walk near the mountains, where many pets – kittens, puppies, bunnies, birds – were abandoned in cardboard boxes. Unfortunately, hungry foxes usually got them before rescuers arrived.

One day, as they were walking through Aragon, he began dragging rescuers toward the box. This time, there were still kittens in it! Aragon was declared a hero. The kittens arrived just in time, as they would soon be eaten by a fox or some other animal, just like many other abandoned pets.

They took the kittens in and they were examined and given a clean bill of health. They got round-the-clock care from staff, but the kittens had a very special furry caretaker – Aragon! Aragon became their foster dad, and was so good at it! He snuggled up with them and protected them to make them feel safe and loved. It’s amazing to see dogs and cats getting along so great. Love definitely knows no species!
