Malnourished Cat With Nasty Eye Infection Makes Amazing Transformation After Being Rescued

It is very heartbreaking to watch unprotected animals sick and not able to take care of themselves, however thankfully there are still people who want and are willing to help.

Nikki Martinez is one of these good samaritans, who rescued a little Siamese cat. The kitten was in a terrible condition and with a very bad eyes infection. Nikki was willing to do anything to help the poor kitten.

Sugarbug was not strong enough to eat by herself, so Nikki had to use a small syringe to feed her. She also needed some medical treatment to treat her eyes and restore her health. As a foster mom, Nikki tried her best to save the little baby.

After 3 days in the care of Nikki, the cute girl started to gain her health and her weight. She was in a better mood and was able to eat by herself. She made an incredible recovery and an amazing transformation.

When the kitten was rescued she barely weighted 181 gram, now she managed to gain wait and weights around 340 gram. Yet she still has some discharge from her nose and eyes but her recovery is progressive.

She is going to get better and grow up into a beautiful and happy cat. Just looking at her now, she’s the sweetest little bundle of fluff we’ve ever seen! We are so happy she has a success story and a loving forever home.
