Pet Owner Claimed ‘She Didn’t Notice Dog Starving To Death! ’

This story is about one dog who weighed only 16 kilograms when the RSPCA saved her.

The German shepherd was starved to death by her owners!

It was owned by a 46-year-old named Richard and his wife Sara Loche, who claimed they didn’t notice that their dog is starving to death. 

The person already had prison records of animal neglect.

And now the Grimsby Magistrates’ Court convicted his 37-year-old wife for neglecting this poor puppy called Queenie.
