Chained Starving Dog With Crystal Blue Eyes, Wagged His Tail When Gets Sausages

Animals always suffer from neglect and cruelty, so when animal rescuers see these things, they aren’t surprised because it is always expected.

Donna, a volunteer from Stray Rescue Of St. Louis, knows this entirely, but when she first sawCobalt who was on the verge of death due to dehydration and starvation, she was shocked! The dog, who was named for his pretty blue eyes, was chained to a heavy chain attached to the house of his owner, so it was obvious he had never had a decent meal.
