Man Captured Throwing 8 Newborn Puppies Out Of The Window Of A Moving Car

Spring, Texas, passerby contacted Harris County Animal Cruelty Investigators about a bag of puppies!

It still baffles me how some people are such cruel animal abusers. A passerby in Spring, Texas, called Harris County Animal Cruelty Investigators about a bag of puppies that was thrown out of a moving car by a monster.

Michael Allan directly went to save the puppies and he was shocked by what he saw. Eight puppies were starving and crowded together in a pile. So, he directly took the newborn puppies, who had not even opened their eyes, to the hospital to receive the treatments they needed.

One of the puppies has passed away, and the rest will be put into a temporary foster home and made available for adoption once they have healed completely. Investigators are now looking for the responsible person who has done this cruelty.
