Over the weekend, over 290 dogs were adopted at a massive adoption event, but no one wanted to please Zeus!

King Zeus, as he’s been dubbed, is being housed at the Humane Society for Hamilton County in Noblesville. The HSHC posted Zeus’ story online in the hopes that he may find a permanent home soon, stating that he will continue to wait patiently for a forever home.

He’s adorable and never makes a negative move toward potential adopters, yet no one wanted him. Fortunately, Zeus’ tale went viral, and he was adopted by Austin Smith shortly thereafter. What a happy conclusion!
