Every dog is a good dog, but not every dog gets adopted. Many dogs on the market have been abused or abandoned by the individuals who adopt them. In this scenario, the poor dog had to go through the same ordeal. His former owner was cruel to him.
Chowder is the name of the unfortunate pup. A neighbor named Donna noticed him lounging behind a garbage pile and phoned Stray Rescue of St. Louis for aid. When the rescuers approached Chowder, he was a bit scared. Some good folks came forward to help him.
Not only that, but Chowder’s face was scarred. “He’s only a puppy!” exclaims the narrator. “His eyes are messed up, and he has puncture wounds on his face,” Stray Rescue said on Facebook.
Before being attacked by a huge dog, Chowder was most likely employed as a bait dog. He’s finally safe, thank goodness. He was rescued, given top-notch medical treatment, and showered with affection.
The tiny dog understands how to express his feelings. He used to warm the hearts of those who came to his aid. When the rescuers helped him into the car, he buried his face in their arms, apparently relieved to be saved.
“The thought of someone mistreating him causes us to cry.” This angel is in need of our support. “We’re incredibly grateful to the callers for taking action,” they said.
This moment also resonates with Stray Rescue supporters and Internet users who come across the photo. A person’s life can be saved if they come into contact with love and kindness at the right time.
