Man Found Dog Abandoned To A Railing Along With Pizza Slices And A Sad Note

Justin Hanley, a Philadelphian, spotted an unhappy dog next to a sorrowful letter and a plastic bag with three pizza pieces.

According to the statement, the dog, Diamond, and her owner were no longer able to keep her in their home.

Hanley, 34, decided to bring the puppy home, but he couldn’t since he already had a dog and two children. As a result, he asked for a permanent home for the dog on a Facebook page.

Diamond was fortunately adopted by one of the members of the gang.
