When rescuers received a call about a dog tied to a bridge barrier near traffic, they acted fast.

A man came on the scene with a bag of treats, a leash, and some basic medical supplies. What he discovered was heartbreaking.

A individual had ruthlessly placed a hose around a pet dog’s neck and attached the pipe to the bridge barrier with a piece of rope.

The rope was so short that the poor dog couldn’t even set down or rest her head comfortably.

While her situation was dire, aid had arrived, and the canine appeared to feel it. Regardless of who she had been paired with, she looked to be overjoyed to see a person and be noticed. She had hope once more!
