DOG LOCKED AWAY IN A ROOM FOR OVER A YEAR SHOWED HIS TEETH TO RESCUERS

People around the world continue to treat dogs as if they were disposable objects, writes ilovemydogsomuch.

A dog rescue was called in to help with an abuse case involving a dog that had been imprisoned in a room and forgotten about. The poor animal had been confined in there for a year and a half and had gotten quite violent as a result of his isolation.

The dog growled and hissed at rescuers through some wooden planks over one of the windows as they approached. How could a dog treated this way not become angry and hostile? Since someone ruthlessly abandoned him with nothing, he has had no human connection.

The dog was even put on a chain within this chamber, much to their dismay. For the first time in years, the team was able to get him out of there and into the sunshine. They had no choice but to confine the dog with a net for safe and secure transport since he was still behaving out.

Thunder has bloomed into quite the cheerful and loving guy after only a few days back at the rescue! The dog recognizes that these folks are here to assist him, and he is really content while waiting for his permanent home.
