DOG CHAINED TO SAME SPOT FOR 8 YEARS, SEES WOMAN APPROACHING & LIFTS HER HEAD

When Lola the Pit Bull discovered a home and a family, she was overjoyed. But according to ilovemydogsomuch, the family never truly accepted the dog into their hearts.

They tied her outside in an open garage with no protection from the elements, among the rubbish. They did nothing but feed her scraps for eight years, without even giving her a loving touch.

Lola made every effort to free herself even as the rusty chains impaled her and choked her. She recognized her time was running out when she noticed a large tumor developing on one of her hind legs and two more on her breast. The unfortunate girl gave in to her loss and accepted her destiny.

After some time passed, a woman who worked with AMA Animal Rescue became aware of Lola’s situation. She challenged the owner for abandoning and confining Lola, and the owner only requested that she remove the dog. The family couldn’t have been happier to “clear the way” for the dog.

As Lola is released for the first time in eight years, we see her heartbreaking response. As soon as her shackles are released, she embraces her saviour and joyfully rides along with her to the sanctuary.

Because Lola had been neglected for so long, getting rid of her tumors and regaining her health was their primary concern. Lola eventually healed and was prepared for adoption after receiving intense care for several months!

Lola first encountered a lot of opposition because of her senior age. But soon a woman by the name of Charlene decided she would be the dog’s lifelong mother. The resilient Lola is now residing like a queen in her new home after nearly ten years of grief and suffering!
