Meet Kansas, a bloodhound who is seven years old and was given up by her family to the Carson Animal Care Center in California. Her family allegedly abandoned her because they didn’t have enough time to spend with her, according to information from the shelter.

Kansas is described as playful with other dogs, housetrained despite living outside, and with good leash skills and obedience training.
