After being rescued by plumbers, a dog that was left to die with taped mouth and legs won’t stop wagging his tail.
Carlos Carillo, a plumber, and a colleague were on their way to work as usual when they observed something strange in a ditch off the rural road.
According to Carrillo, a Texas employee of Shoreline Plumbing, “We didn’t recognize he was a dog at first.”
We circled back and noticed him. The dog was strapped with tubing and had his lips sealed shut. He was obviously left for dead…

Carillo and his companion raced to free the canine. He seemed to be doing OK, said Carrillo. He adored being the center of attention and was quite loving. He was probably just there for one or two days.
The dog was taken to a neighboring no-kill shelter by the plumbers after being placed into their car. Carrillo pointed to the dog’s expression, saying, “Look at his face, how happy he seems to be alive.” “He is aware of his salvation!”

Despite harboring heartworms, the dog was judged to be in fair condition, and treatment for them was started. According to a Peewee’s Pet Adoption representative, “His tail won’t stop wagging.” He is quite sweet.
Despite the fact that the person who cruelly abandoned the puppy was never found, the plumbers were able to save the dog’s life. All he now requires is a stable, loving home.

The dog was restrained with tubing and had his mouth taped shut. He had obviously been left behind to perish.
Carillo hurried to set the dog free with his buddy. He appeared to be in good health, said Carrillo. He enjoyed being the focus of attention and was sociable. He probably just spent one or two days there.
