Tiny Pup Melts 8 Million Hearts When Snuggles Into Mama Dog Who Lost Her Puppies

An Animal Control officer found Daya wandering the streets of York, South Carolina, while she was pregnant.

After giving birth at a home, Daya was taken immediately to Halfway There Rescue. In reality, the pups weren’t delivered, as they died in utero before they could be born!

As a result of infection complications, Daya underwent an emergency surgery. The loss of her babies left Daya depressed. But when she encountered Raisin, an orphaned dog found wandering along a road really sick and with an injured eye, she became determined to find him. Suddenly the shelter brought together the orphaned pup and her grieving mother. Seeing Daya, who was also very happy, show Raisin love like her own, Raisin immediately felt protected.
