A Courageous Man Risks His Life To Rescue A Puppy Hung From A Balcony (VIDEO)

Today, we’re going to show you a video that was captured in Colombia and shows a man putting his life in danger to save a dog that is dangling from a high balcony of an apartment. Half of a little black and white dog’s body is hanging off the edge of the ledge.

The residents of the apartment downstairs attempt to shove the dog back to safety with a broom, but this fails. That’s when a man in a yellow shirt resolves to save the dog by risking his life.
