The dog won the American Supertalent. Judges: We’ve never seen anything like this
|
PEOPLE love talent shows with witty commentary from the judges, a soundtrack is so loud it can wake the d.e.a.d, and people with all sorts of skills you’d never think of performing on stage. Unfortunately, they get bored quickly because most of the winners are singers or dancers.
Well, that just changed because the cutest dog named Hurricane and his owner just won the top prize on America’s Got Talent. Adrian Stoica and his adorable pet were declared the winners of the 18th season of the show and won a prize of one million dollars.

Hurricane made history and became the first dog to triumph on America’s Got Talent since 2012. Their jaw-dropping performance made the audience laugh and stole the hearts of millions of people watching at home – they will definitely be the talk of America in the coming weeks.
Sofia Vergara joined them on stage
The victory was not easy for them because in the final showdown they had serious competition – the incredible magician Anni DeGuzman and the Murmuration dance group. Although each performance was fascinating, nothing could surpass the spectacle prepared by Adrian and his dog.

The performance began as a black and white film in which Stoica talks to her director Hurricane. Soon the infectious hit Crazy Little Thing Called Love by Queen played and the performers stunned everyone. Hurricane performed numerous tricks and delighted both the judges and the audience.

One member of the jury, actress Sofia Vergara was so charmed by their act that she even dared to join the dynamic duo on stage. As Adrian helped Sofia sit up, Hurricane patiently held his cane.
“I’ve never seen a smarter dog”
The production was set up to look like a movie scene, with Hurricane going back and forth and sitting in the director’s booth behind the camera. The judges were amazed and couldn’t stop smiling while sending the performers off with a standing ovation.

Heidi Klum said: “Hurricane is wonderful, the smartest dog I’ve ever seen. This whole thing has been wonderful.” Howie Mandel expressed his delight saying, “That was amazing. I’ve never seen anything like it. I wondered if Hurricane was smarter than me.”
Simon Cowell, who is known for his harsh criticism, was all smiles and full of praise for the dog: “He should be in a movie or a musical because he’s a star.” Over the course of the season, the charismatic pair have built up a legion of fans, and as soon as Hurricane lands a movie deal, tickets are sure to sell out.
