The NOPD Mounted Unit stables and the streets were graced by a magnificent display of Budweiser Clydesdales as the energetic city of New Orleans got ready for the grandeur of Mardi Gras. The renowned Budweiser Clydesdales triumphantly returned, celebrating the carnival season and helping a worthy cause at the same time. In addition to showcasing these amazing horses, the February 8 Horses, Hops & Cops festival raised money for the New Orleans Police Department’s Mounted Unit.
